Administrative Sales Support

If you are detail-oriented and enjoy supporting a sales team, apply to be our Administrative Sales Support. This position involves essential clerical and administrative work, including accurate order entry, providing direct support to sales staff, and assisting with costing and project documentation. This is a weekday position - occasional Saturday work - and includes benefits.

Flooring Estimator

As a Flooring Estimator at Lawson Brothers Floor Company, you will be responsible for assisting with the estimating of project design, including reviewing bid documents and specifications, creating take-offs, and quantifying and qualifying material quantities for a precise and accurate bid package/proposal. To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter and able to take initiative. The ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and understand priorities is a must.

Warehouse / Delivery Driver

As a Warehouse Driver at Lawson Brothers Floor Company, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely delivering flooring materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining organized inventory. This full-time position is based in the St. Louis area local and requires a valid Class E (or higher) driver’s license, strong time management, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a good driving record. To succeed in this role, you must be dependable, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional weekend hours.
